May Residential Park Home Promotion – Terms and Conditions

The promotion is valid for deposits paid between May 1, 2025, and May 31, 2025, inclusive.

Offer Details: Eligible purchasers will receive free decking up to the value of £3500 when a deposit is paid on a residential park home at any of the following EKOS Group parks:

• Walworth Castle Park
• Castle View Court
• Outhill View
• Haveringland Hall
• Dales View
• Carlton Manor
• Coastal Retreat
• Harvey’s Nurseries
• Merry Hill
• Sun Valley

To Qualify:

• The deposit must be paid in full between May 1, 2025, and May 31, 2025.
• The promotion applies only to new residential park home purchases.
• The purchaser must be aged 45 or over (or over 50 at Walworth Castle Park).
• The park home must be located in one of the specified EKOS Group parks.

Free Decking:

• Up to the value of £3500
• Includes standard decking as specified by EKOS Group.
• Any upgrades, customizations, or additional landscaping are not included and may incur additional charges.
• The decking will be installed as part of the home setup process.
• The offer is non-exchangeable, non-transferable, and cannot be redeemed for cash.

The Promotion:

• Cannot be used in conjunction with any other EKOS Group promotion.
• Is not available to existing EKOS Group park home residents or employees.
• Cannot be claimed retrospectively for deposits paid before May 1, 2025.

Liability:

• EKOS Group is not responsible for delays or issues related to decking installation, move-in dates, or service activation.
• Any additional decking or structural features beyond the standard offering are the responsibility of the purchaser.

General:

• EKOS Group reserves the right to amend or withdraw this promotion at any time without prior notice.
• Participation in this promotion constitutes acceptance of these terms and conditions.
